Peter Pau

Peter Pau is the Principal and Co-founder of Sand Hill Property Company. He has been in commercial real estate development for 30 years and his experience cover all aspects of the Profession.

Mr. Pau holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in construction management from Stanford University.

Mr. Pau was born in Shanghai and raised in Hong Kong. For over 30 years, he has made his home in the Silicon Valley. He is very committed to living his Christian faith.

Susanna Pau

Susanna Pau is the Co-founder of Sand Hill Property Company.

Prior to founding SHP, Ms. Pau worked at Boise Cascade and Blue Cross before becoming a top commercial real estate broker for Feher Young Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco.

Ms. Pau holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Pau was born and raised in Hong Kong. Over the past 30 years she has made her home in Silicon Valley and is very involved in her community. She is a devoted Christian and is very passionate about the SHP Foundation, a charitable organization that she co-founded with her husband. Ms. Pau enjoys playing golf, singing, playing bridge, bible study fellowship and spending time with her 7 birds.

Reed Moulds

Reed Moulds is a managing director for Sand Hill Property Company. He is involved in all aspects of the execution of the company's investment and development strategies.

Prior to joining SHP, Mr. Moulds worked for a San Francisco-based family business specializing in “value-add” apartment building re-positioning with a portfolio of over 4,000 units. Previously, he was director of strategic planning for an online marketing firm.

Mr. Moulds holds a bachelor's degree in government from Claremont McKenna College and studied abroad at University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

Mr. Moulds and his wife are avid travelers and cherish opportunities to explore the world its cultures. He regularly travels to Honduras, where he serves as an executive director for a non-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate the educational and economic development in rural Honduras. Mr. Moulds is fluent in Spanish.

Allison Koo

Allison Koo is a Managing Director for Sand Hill Property Company. Allison is involved in all aspects of property development including site acquisitions, entitlements, construction, financing, and leasing. Allison was honored as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “40 under 40” in 2016 for her projects in the Stanford Research Park.

Prior to joining SHP, Ms. Koo worked for NAI BT Commercial in the Silicon Valley office, where she completed both sale and lease transactions totaling over $108MM in consideration. At NAI BT, Ms. Koo was also a founding member of the Asian-American Strategic Investment Advisory Group. Ms. Koo also has worked for the acquisitions and asset management teams of The Laramar Group, a national developer and operator of institutional grade multi-family assets, in both the Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA offices.

Ms. Koo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management-Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has studied abroad at the Beijing University as well as at the University of Seville. Ms. Koo is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Spanish.

Mike Kramer

Mike Kramer is a Managing Director for Sand Hill Property Company. He oversees acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and asset management for several projects and serves as portfolio manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our institutional partners and investors.

Previously, Mike was a Project Leader for the Boston Consulting Group, with a focus on economic development, municipal government, financial services, and technology clients. Before joining BCG, he served the White House in the Office of Management and Budget, involved in economic stabilization, housing finance, and financial regulation.

Mike has prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, and structured finance, and is a licensed certified public accountant. He earned an MPA from Harvard, an MBA from Wharton, and a BS and MS from the University of Illinois, where he studied accounting and finance.

John Lin

John Lin is the Chief Financial Officer of Sand Hill Property Company. He oversees the accounting and finance functions of the Company.

Previously, John was a Director at MUFG Union Bank with a focus on transactional advisory and accounting policy of real estate transactions. Before joining MUFG Union Bank, he was the Senior Technical Controller of GE Capital Real Estate with a focus on joint ventures and real estate funds. Prior to GE Capital Real Estate, he held positions at Tishman Speyer, Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

Mr. Lin holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, a law degree from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from the University of Toronto.

Nandy Kumar

Nandy brings 25 years of construction experience to the Sand Hill team. He joined Sand Hill Construction Management in 2011 as a Partner . Prior to Joining Sand Hill he worked for Several Multi National Construction Companies serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager responsible for all Construction operations.

Nandy provides overall project management leadership, and is in charge of all project operational planning and execution. He also provides pre -construction services in the form of estimating, design, bid preparation and qualification, subcontract administration, field supervision management, and critical path scheduling.

He is also knowledgeable in aspects of entitlements, City permitting and other development aspects of projects.

Candice Gonzalez

Candice Gonzalez is the Chief Housing Officer and a Managing Director of Sand Hill Property Company. She oversees the company’s residential developments, including mixed-use, mixed-income, and 100% affordable housing, as SHP pivots towards developing, building, and managing housing for all income levels.

Prior to joining SHP, Candice was CEO & President of Palo Alto Housing Corporation for over 10 years. PAHC is an affordable housing developer, builder, and manager in Silicon Valley. Candice led PAHC’s significant organizational expansion, housing thousands of individuals and families. Before joining PAHC, Candice worked as a real estate attorney and broker for 10 years, primarily working with low-to-moderate income customers.

Candice currently serves on the board of the Housing Trust Silicon Valley. She has been honored with several awards, including the 2017 Women of Influence Award by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the 2016 Athena Emerging Professional Award by the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce. Candice received her BA from U.C. Berkeley and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

Candice currently resides in Palo Alto with her husband and three kids.
